Facol is a Dalmatian word for a headscarf, a timeless fashion accessory worn by Dalmatian grandmothers. The 'Babin facol' bag collection was inspired by a nearly one-hundred-year-old facol that forms part of the traditional women's costume of Rab. The Rab Bit graphic studio created the collection as an authentic Rab souvenir, finding a way to preserve valuable cultural heritage. Canvas bags carry the basic motif from the facol, while jute bags feature an interpreted and adapted version of the motif with lettering.
