TOMIST d.o.o. from Babino Polje on the island of Mljet has been cultivating a tradition of organic farming and producing premium island products since 2003. Organic Plavac Mali wine is produced at the sunny Pištet site in the heart of Mljet. It is distinguished by characteristic aromas of dried fruit, cherries, blueberries and prunes, and by a full, powerful flavour. It pairs excellently with Mediterranean dishes and island cheeses. Extra virgin olive oil is made from carefully cultivated olives and is characterised by fruitiness, balanced bitterness and aromas of Mediterranean herbs. The olive oil and lemon blend combines the fullness of premium olive oil with citrus freshness, creating a unique Mediterranean flavour. Bitter orange marmalade offers a rich citrus taste with a gentle bitterness, ideal with cheeses, desserts or as an authentic island souvenir.
