Participation in Project Gusti

Project GUSTI, Gastro UpScaled Tourist Itinerary promotes sustainable gastrotourism in rural regions of Croatia and Italy. Its goal is to preserve culinary heritage, strengthen local communities, and extend the tourism season through themed routes and local product promotion. Running from 2024 to 2026, it brings together partners from both countries. Within the project, special emphasis is placed on revitalizing the Croatian Island Product (HOP) label in Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The goal is to boost the production and promotion of authentic island products as part of sustainable gastrotourism. HOP program project activities include market research, organizing a specialized fair, and developing guidelines for further program expansion.
